A nickname is enough.

You can use LiveLinkVault with a user ID and password. No real name, email address, or email verification is required. This website includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, third-party embeds, or email tracking pixels.

Essential information

We store your user ID, protected password hash, profile color, time zone, channel lists, preferences, and accepted terms version and date. If you enable two-step verification, we store an encrypted authenticator secret and hashed one-time recovery codes. Email and phone numbers are optional. Text alerts require phone verification and a separate recurring-message consent.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Abuse prevention uses short-lived counters with hashed identifiers. Hosting access and security logs may contain IP addresses. These are pseudonymous accounts, not a promise of complete anonymity. No YouTube videos are downloaded or stored.

What other people can see

Followed channels can appear in the public rotating homepage showcase without identifying their followers. Saved channel histories and member-provided link labels are shared with signed-in members following that channel. Your email, phone number, and personal channel lists are not displayed publicly.

Optional email and automatic copies

Adding or changing an email address automatically enables history-export emails before deletion. You can switch them off in Live alerts afterward. Only provide an address you control; it is not verified. We attempt to send a CSV during the three days before saved records expire. The file contains links and available information, not videos. Email is not used to reset passwords. Email delivery is not guaranteed, so you can also download your history directly in My profile.

Live-stream email alerts use a separate switch. The unsubscribe page linked in messages can turn off live email alerts, automatic history emails, and texts. Reply STOP to texts to stop text alerts.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information needed to deliver messages with service providers such as Twilio, solely to operate the messaging service. Text alerts are optional. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for the self-service manual.

Service providers

YouTube data is requested on the server through YouTube API Services. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Opening a stream or channel link takes you to YouTube, where its policies apply.

Optional emails use the configured email provider, which receives the destination and message contents, including CSV attachments. If texts are enabled, Twilio receives the number and message content for verification and delivery. See Twilio’s Privacy Notice. The supplied website loads its graphics and fonts locally.

Retention and your controls

Stored YouTube data must be refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Saved stream records expire 30 days after their last successful eligible refresh, or capture time if never refreshed. Private, deleted, and unavailable records are removed at that deadline, including their links. A failed check does not extend retention. Accessible public and unlisted records can remain while refreshed. Each history entry and your profile show download options and deadlines. Exported files already delivered to your device or mailbox remain under your control; deleting a website record does not recall them.

Deleting your account removes your profile, contact details, personal lists, recovery codes, and alert records from the active database. Shared channel histories may remain until their own deadlines and do not identify you as a follower. Installer backups expire within 30 days and earlier if any contained API data reaches its deadline. Hosting or external backup retention must follow the deployment’s retention settings. Deleting information here does not delete anything on YouTube.
